Utah Supreme Court Chief Justice Christine Durham delivered her annual State of the Judiciary speech yesterday at the Utah Legislature's opening day. Durham will be recognized next month at the American Bar Association's midyear meeting in Salt Lake City for her work to improve public access to the justice system.
