Flanigan withdraws

BYU alum Tim Flanigan has withdrawn his nomination for deputy attorney general. Flanigan, the father of 14 who graduated from BYU before law school at Virginia, faced skepticism in the Senate Judiciary Committee on several fronts. Meanwhile, bloggers are questioning why there are so many BYU alumni in the Bush administration.
